To enroll, you must complete the registration process and pay the course fee. The course provider reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual if you're not meet our guidelines.
The course fee, specified at the time of enrollment, is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. Payment methods and deadlines will be provided during enrollment.
All course materials, including textbooks, software, and online resources, are the intellectual property of the course provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. You are responsible for obtaining any required materials or software.
All intellectual property rights related to the course content and materials belong to the course provider. You may not use, distribute, or reproduce course materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
The course provider reserves the right to terminate your enrollment for any violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet course requirements. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.
Placements are a valuable opportunity provided to our students, and eligibility for participation is contingent upon meeting specific criteria.
Placements will be scheduled based on your performance and marks in the final viva. High achievers will be given priority in placement scheduling, ensuring that those who excel are matched with suitable opportunities.
To be eligible for placement, it is mandatory to submit your qualification certificates. Failure to submit the required qualification certificates will result in disqualification from the placement program. No placements will be provided to students who do not comply with this requirement.
Completion certificates and transcripts will be issued after successfull validation and takes 10 to 15 days from the date of your final viva completion. Notifications regarding the availability of your certificate and transcript will be sent to the contact information provided during your course registration.
In case of loss or damage, requests for re-issuance of certificates or transcripts can be made by contacting our support team. Additional fees may apply.
Employers or educational institutions wishing to verify your certificate and transcript can do so by contacting us directly through the provided contact channels.
Your personal information provided during enrollment will be used according to the course provider's privacy policy. Your contact information may be used for course-related communications.
The course provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, income, or opportunities, arising from participation in the course.
The course provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the course website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and materials required for the project in a timely manner. Where there is any delay in supplying these materials to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work, we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount. Where you fail to supply materials, and that prevents the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you for any part or parts of the work already completed.
All quotations and estimates provided by Creative Academy are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Quotations are based on the initial brief provided by the client. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may incur additional costs.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before the commencement of work. (This is defined as the date at which you inform us via email that you agree to the terms of the proposal and you wish to kickstart the project) The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the release of final deliverables. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon methods.
Creative Academy offers a maximum of three rounds of revisions for each project. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate. Any modifications requested after the final approval will be treated as additional work and will incur additional charges.
We hold the rights to upload / share / display / remove your product presentation image on all our social platforms and websites and it is subjective to our company's discretion.
After we deliver the final files, we are not responsible for storing your files. You must maintain the files on your end. If you require us to resend the files, additional charges will apply based on the backup recovery process involved. If the files have been temporarily deleted, we will not be able to recover them, and even with payment, we cannot assist in such cases.
Creative Academy will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client delays in providing required materials or approvals.
Upon full payment, clients will own the final designs and materials created for their project. Creative Academy retains the right to use the created work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
In the event of project cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. If Creative Academy cannot fulfill the project for any reason, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
Creative Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services
